Introduction to mindfulness in the workplace

1 hour

Mindfulness basics and basic awareness and focus training. Stress reduction discussion and techniques. Focus better on what you want when you want!


  • 45 minute intro. to mindfulness


  • 15 minute focus and stress reduction technique to use everyday
  • Custom choose a topic


Mindfulness in our work day reduces stress and cultivates focus on mission

1 hour

How to incorporate mindful attention and presence in our daily life. And how to notice what is needed and when to focus and succeed:


1 hour discussion of mindfulness including:

  •  focus and strengthen attention practice


  • Learn skill to shift your attention; to shift your attention to where you want when you want.


Mindfulness to improve life balance; harmonizing the ups & downs at work

3 hours

  

Ways to incorporate stress reduction to create balance in support of health and endurance at work:


1 hr. discussion of mindfulness which includes:

  • focus and strengthen attention practice


  • Learn skill of shifting your attention


  • Learn skill to shift attention back to the task at hand

Choose practice based on theme. With a 3 hour workshop many wil be included.


  • Mindful eating practice 
  • Breath Awareness
  • Body Awareness: Mind body connection
  • Mindful movement/walking
  • Hearfulness: Empathy and compassion or self a
