TESTIMONIALS

I am so thankful for my coaching sessions with Julie. She listened and gave me things to think about which brought me to realize areas in my life where I was holding myself back. She used mindfulness techniques and individualized coaching to help me through my resistance and out of my comfort zone. By the end of our sessions I was already beginning to pursue something I never thought I would do which is to become a certified yoga teacher. I'm now certified and teaching yoga and loving that I am able to share the benefits with others. I highly recommend working with Julie to get out of your comfort zone and pursue your goals!  -- Leslie M.

I recently took Julie Pearl’s Play Life Coaching program. It was a tremendous opportunity. I learned mindfulness techniques to be present and more easily respond rather than react to my experiences. I reflected on my past and present life and gained valuable insights to support my growth going forward.  I worked on self-improvement and goals, including implementing new positive habits to make my everyday life better. Having a Life Coach who includes mindfulness into the coaching program and as an accountability partner were two invaluable components.  I found the experience amazing and I would highly recommend Julie’s coaching and mindfulness classes. -- Marcia P.

"A life coach is someone who helps you identify your goals and develop an actionable plan to achieve them. A life coach is someone professionally trained to help you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results.Customers have questions, you have answers.
