In this time of social distancing, let's connect and practice being present, in the here and now, to experience the richness of life, together!
We meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 for a 20 minute mindful / presence practice
Then, if you'd like, stay and share the experience, your intention, a gratitude, or ask questions
If you can't make the time or day, each session will be recorded
This Practice will relax your nervous system, reducing stress, open up your mind toward an attitude of non-judgment for balance from the negative bias that is part of our self-preservation instinct
When our minds are open, and we become conscious and present, we have the ability to respond to challenging experiences more easily rather than reacting to them. In other words, we have the opportunity of CHOICE
$1 Per Session for the month of September for a total of $9 for nine practices
