Let's end the usual New Year's resolutions that start and fizzle so quickly once and for all for 2019!
Come to our vision board workshop to ground, focus and relax via a guided mindfulness practice to strengthen the mind's focus and relax the body by calming the nervous system. This is when our creative juices can flow and our intuition serves us!
Then you will create your vision of what you want 2019 to be like for yourself and your family on your own vision board.
Participants will also make an Intentions bracelet stamped with a word of your own choosing that will serve as a daily reminder of your intention for the day/month/year.

Tea meditation can be a wonderful way to begin your day, or any time you need to stop, relax and come back home to yourself. In fact, for many Zen practitioners, the formal tea ceremony is an important part of their day.
Join me for an evening of tea & tea refreshments, conversation and the art of being present to life as it unfolds.
We will begin with a a guided presence meditation, mindful movement, mindful eating practice and group discussion on purposeful living, specifically: practicing the skill of patience via mindfulness, which is one of the 9 attitudes for mindful practice by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Finally. There will be plenty of time for more tea and relaxed conversation.
